How to:
STEP 1: View the campaign users wished to pause. Under Email Outreach, click Campaigns.
STEP 2: Click the name of the campaign.
STEP 3: Click Pause.
Pop-up window opens to confirm your action. Make sure to click Ok.
STEP 4: Users can review the status from the Campaign Homepage.
All pending emails in the campaign will stop sending out until the campaign is re-activated by pressing Start.
