First of all, inviting team members is completely free on Linkio. I'll share with you a great way to organize your Linkio account to make it team friendly while maximizing your link results.

Step 1: Invite your team

➡️Hover over Team in the top menu and click "Invite Team Members"

➡️Enter your teammate's name, email and profile type into the table

👉Admin: They have full control of the app
👉Project Manager: Can read and edit campaigns but not create
👉Assistant: Can read but not edit or create

➡️Solve the "I'm not a robot" captcha and the invite will be sent

➡️Refine team member permissions here

Step 2: Establish a Team Friendly Workflow

➡️Someone with SEO experience should setup the anchor text planner.

➡️Day-to-day link builders can login when they have a link opportunity and need an anchor text suggestion

Login and on the main dashboard at app.linkio.com, click the Brand's anchor text planner link.

➡️Switch to "Suggestions Dashboard" mode

➡️Review the Suggestions Dashboard Features

1. This is the Page URL
2. Setting a high priority determines the order of the pages
3. This table shows the 5 highest priority anchor texts for each page
4. The first listed anchor text is the highest priority one
5. The system auto-generates a suggestion. It can be updated using the refresh icon
6. Status can be set to Started, Not Started, or Published

➡️When a link builder has an opportunity, they should grab the highest priority anchor text and mark the status as "Started".

💡If you use spreadsheets to manage your link building, it can be a bummer having to keep another app, like Linkio, updated.

Luckily, you don't need to keep Linkio's data perfect. It is an auto-updating system.

Let me explain.

Let's say a team member marked an anchor text as "Started" but never came back to mark it as "Published".

That's totally fine!

Linkio will automatically monitor for new backlinks, and when it finds a new link with the matching anchor text type, it will automatically update the status to "Published" and update the roadmap.

This feature is the main reason you can reliably use Linkio's anchor text suggestions, even with imperfect use. And why it's the perfect complement to your existing process!
