The anchor text planner analyzes your existing percentages and tells you what anchor text to build next. 

If you build the right series of anchor texts, you have a better chance of ranking high in Google for the keywords you want.

You can use Linkio's "out-of-the-box" ideal percentages or create your own by going to this page:

Once I add a new ideal percentage target, I go back to the page I'm working on and update the target percentage with what I just saved (see image).
